After travelling to Egypt in February this year we decided we had to find a way we don’t just support communities in the UK but abroad too. Tourism is a perfect way of achieving this. Currently much of our hard-earned money goes to huge corporations that offer us all-inclusive holidays. This places tourists in little boxes, keeping them confined to a central area instead of seeing the country, experiencing the culture and learning more about the people.
All our holidays will support local communities. We’ll be offering lessons in that language so you can at least get by when you’re out and about. Our hosts will tell you the best places to go, how much you can expect to pay and suggest hidden, tucked away spots away you may have not found on your own.
