When we moved house recently one of the things that concerned me was the lack of wild or organically farmed land around us.
However, after walking a little further we found some beautiful wild meadows, surrounded by ancient woodland. It makes me so happy!
But what is just as good is that because of Joinavision someone connected me to this amazing farmer who is a mere five minute drive from us. He showed us round his place and we’ve been picking veg up from him ever since!
He’s enjoyed serving directly to us so much and has now said he wants to open his doors every Monday to people wanting to come and choose their veg 🥳🙏
This is such a major step in the right direction – cutting out the middle man and buying directly from the farmer.
We feel so lucky to have been connected with him. It’s an absolute joy to visit his market garden and to choose veg that was only cut that morning.
