Donation based healing

Ever since Joinavision began we have been really keen to bring in health professionals from all fields.

We talk to many people who feel disillusioned with their current jobs and feel sad that the job they applied for doesn’t actually resemble the care they thought they were meant to be providing.

An ideal health care should show people all the treatment paths they can take – not just promote a model that supports huge corporations and involves animal testing on a scale unimaginable to us.

A new health care model?

We set up Joinavision two years ago and have still got some way to seeing the health care system we want. Many groups are setting up but it feels there is a lot of noise but not much action. There are many reasons for this – legislation & funds being the main ones.

The pharmaceutical model is a fantastic business

The system is cleverly set up to put people off coming away from our current health care model. Even though the pharmaceutical companies are private, people are distrustful of other health care professionals who offer treatments you have to pay for. Because we’re used to seeing a ‘free’ service we don’t often see where we actually have to pay for it – via taxes and our health. There isn’t a tablet out there that cures your ailment – it merely hides the symptoms leading to more symptoms that need more tablets. A fantastic business model ?

When Jessica Indigo Child messaged me and said she would like to offer a donation based service once a month offering her healing services to people my heart sang ?. She got in touch with Diana Malone who also wanted to offer the same ?.

What emerged is a whole morning of healing which we hope to run once a month from our community base in Suffolk.

Collaborating is key.

What’s most exciting is that this will hopefully show others what can be done when you collaborate with other people. We’re so thankful to Jessica Indigo Child and Diana Malone for approaching us with this generous offering and are really looking forward to seeing where this next part of our journey takes us ??
