If you’re anything like me you’ll have packs of seeds with no idea when you bought them! I totally agree with Ron Finley’s quote but I am very aware to get more organised at seed storing.
Coming across this great website, Vital Seeds, with all the info on how to test whether your seeds are going to germinate or not was a bit of a godsend.
Next year I’ll be even more organised and have created Joinavision’s own seed germination video blog. In the meantime it’s a great source of information. I highly recommend buying your seeds from them too. They are all organic, non GMO and encourage you to store your own seeds too.

The more food we grow the more we are able to control what goes into our bodies. And as my favourite gangsta gardener says, “Growing your own Food is like printing your own money.”
