RANSOMS (wild garlic)
This beautiful plant leaves is in full abundance now. You will smell it before you see it! Growing in damp Woodlands, this is the perfect time to gather the leaves. Do be aware of other plants that grow in the same area (lords and ladies is toxic).
Flowers(may) eat raw or cooked and bulbs can be eaten, best to cook.
