Hairless Perennial with u groove shaped stem, forming dense patches, best harvest leaves in winter and spring.
: Leaves eat raw, put into salads, steam, into frittatas, pizza, soup, quiche, Taste leaves as a tea.
Can look a bit like dogs mercury(can be in same area), observe the difference.
Can be good for gout, sciatica as a tea or as a poultice or fomentation, same way for burns, stings, bites, wounds.
