This beautiful being is out everywhere so go and gather, giving gratitude.
Leaves, Flowers eating raw or cooked and for a tea, roots(best harvest late autumn) eat roasted or grinded for tea, also boiled.
Excellent for improving and cleansing sluggish liver, gallbladder, urinary and digestive systems.Â
