Gentle movement, breath-work and relaxation techniques benefit mobility, balance and co-ordination, and provide tools for you to know and understand your body and mind, how they function best and how to optimise your potential. This yoga practice is less about performance and the aesthetics of the postures, and more about your physical, mental and emotional journey towards greater kindness to yourself, self awareness and coming to a place of inner peace.
I am a 200hr qualified yoga teacher currently in training for my 500hr. I am also qualified in teaching restorative yoga and yoga nidra. I teach groups, 1:1 and businesses on request and organise regular yoga and well-being retreats.
